Jordan has a variety of beautiful canyons with running water and some with amazing waterfalls. Many canyons do not require any technical expertise nor abseiling or rappelling.
Canyoning or Canyoneering is travelling in canyons using a variety of techniques that may include trekking, scrambling, climbing, jumping, abseiling or rappelling, and/or swimming.
